Warrior Service Award
Sponsored by Liberty Mutual
A special monthly employee
recognition award for superior efforts in quality
service, noteworthy extra effort or demonstration of
trust and respect in the workplace in support of
Lewis-Clark State College's Strategic Plan.
Summary
The Warrior
Service Award (WSA)
program is simple:
An employee, student or
community member clicks on the
WSA link to recognize
an employee for something specific that he or she
did that went "above and beyond" the expected.
A copy of this recognition is also sent to the
employees' supervisor as well as the recognized
employee.
Each month, the President (or his
designee) randomly
draws one winner from the submissions received by
HRS. The winner receives a $25 debit card from
Potlatch Federal Credit Union and the
nominator receives a $5 gift card to Sodexo
(which includes Jitterz & Doks).
The winner will also receive special
recognition on the WSA site located on the
HRS website. After each drawing, all the
submissions will be published in the HRS
Newsletter.
Awardees exemplify LCSC values and
promote strategic goals through:
Eligibility

Nominees must
be current benefit eligible LCSC faculty and
staff from any LCSC work
location (including Lewiston, CDA, outreach
centers, etc.)
