The Lewis-Clark State College Student Success Program is offering a
series of summer seminars in Lewiston, Grangeville, and Orofino to
help prepare first-time college students who either have been accepted
or plan to enroll at LCSC.
The seminars are free and provide a great opportunity to earn
scholarship money while building skills and knowledge to help a
student succeed at LCSC.
There will be seven weekly seminars at Lewiston and five each at
Grangeville and Orofino. The seminars at Grangeville will be held at
the Super 8 Motel Conference room starting next Thursday, June 30, at
6 p.m. and will be held for five consecutive Thursdays at the same
time and location. Lewiston’s seven seminars being on July 11 and
will be held on six consecutive Mondays at 5:30 p.m. at the LCSC
Williams Conference Center with a final wrap up session on Aug. 19
at a time to be determined. Orofino’s seminars start on July 12 and
run five consecutive Tuesdays at the LCSC Orofino Outreach Center.

The Student Success Program is a grant funded initiative by the J.A.
& Kathryn Albertson Foundation. LCSC is dedicated to help with the
admission, retention, and assistance of first-time college students
at the college. The program will help students through their first
two years of school by providing a more hands on approach to
supervising and educating students
