Financial Aid for Graduate Students
Students in LC State's Graduate Certificate Programs may be eligible for Title IV funding.
Available Aid
- Must complete a FAFSA at studentaid.gov.
- Must be enrolled at least half-time (5 or more credits) each semester.
- Maximum annual loan amount is $20,500 (cannot exceed total cost of attendance).
- Fixed interest rate for the 2024-2025 academic year is 8.08%.
- A 1.057% loan fee is proportionately deducted from each loan disbursement.
- Must complete a FAFSA at studentaid.gov.
- Must be enrolled at least half-time (5 or more credits) a semester.
- Must not have an adverse credit history. A credit check will be conducted at the time of application. If you have an adverse credit history, you may still qualify if you meet additional requirements.
- Maximum loan amount is the total cost of attendance minus any other financial aid received.
- Fixed interest rate for the 2024-2025 academic year is 9.08%.
- A 4.228% loan fee is proportionately deducted from each loan disbursement.

- Application process is completed directly through lender's website.
- Must be enrolled at least half-time (5 or more credits) each semester.
- Maximum loan amount is the total cost of attendance minus any other financial aid received.
