LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State College Theatre Program will present the play “Marlowe’s Dr. Faustus” on April 13-15 and 20-22 at 7:30 p.m. in the LCSC Silverthorne Theatre.
The play is an Elizabethan tragedy about the life and death of Dr. Faustus. The play was first performed between 1588 and Marlowe’s death in 1593. The play, which includes scenes with angels, demons, and adult scenes, is for mature audiences and some of the content may not be suitable for young children.
Jef Petersen, an adjunct faculty member in the LCSC Humanities Division, and Emily Akin are the directors.
Tickets are $10 for general admission, and $7 for seniors, non-LCSC students, and military members. Admission is free for LCSC students with a valid student ID card. There will also be a “pay what you want” preview on April 12, also at 7:30 p.m. at the Silverthorne.
