Returning Student - Same Space Reservations
This page is for current dorm residents who are wanting to reserve their exact same space for the next school year. Please complete the first two (2) steps prior to coming to the Residence Life office to actually reserve your space in March on the Monday and Tuesday of room reservation week.
What Steps You Need To Take
- Submit the application for next academic year. - This will be available in February.
- Pay the re-application deposit. - $50 re-application paid online or in Student Accounts office only. Cash or check are not accepted in the Residence Life office.
- Come to the Residence Life office on Monday or Tuesday of reservation week in March to confirm your reservation.
- If you are unable to come during office hours due to class/work schedule, please email our office asking what alternative options you have.
What Won't We Do
- We will not hold a space for you without the full reservation process being completed.
- You cannot reserve without completing steps 1 and 2 above.
- You cannot reserve a new, incoming student reserved/athlete reserved space.
- You cannot reserve without physically coming to the Residence Life office and selecting a space.
- Your space will be available for someone else to reserve beginning at 5:00 pm on Tuesday night, no exceptions.
