By submitting this form I do hereby state my intentions to enroll at Lewis-Clark State College for the 2022-2023 school year, which will be my term of office if elected. I also state that I am registered for at least 6 credits and carrying a 2.50 cumulative college grade point average at the time of my signing this document and will maintain it throughout my term of office.
Upon submission, I agree to release any information that may be required by the Election Chair or Justice Senator, which may be pertinent to my running for or holding this office. I also understand that any stipend/scholarship received from this position, if elected, may affect my Financial Aid award.
