Originally from Annex, Oregon and graduating high school in Weiser, Idaho, Rosita attended Lewis-Clark State College as a Biology major for two years before transferring to the University of Idaho and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Animal and Veterinary Science/Pre Vet in May of 2015. Having had both experiences of attending LC State and UI, she has always felt she received the best of both worlds in attending both a small school followed by larger one later on. As an undergrad, she was active in many organizations and tutored for the College Assistance Migrant Program which led her to pursue recruitment as a career. She was able to come back to LC State, this time as an employee, to recruit students from all of southern Idaho. She now resides in Boise as one of the outreach Enrollment Specialists. Rosita is also fluent in English and Spanish.
