POST Certifications and Experience

LC State offers you the opportunity to use POST certifications and work experience to earn credits. Students can earn up to 30 credits through their prior learning experience, saving both time and money!

Justice Studies Director Dr. Gene Straughan, who has been at LCSC for 30 years, worked with Asotin County on a Community-Prosecution Grant and the Lewiston Police Department on a Community-Policing Grant funded by the United States Department of Justice
