Battle of the Paddles

Check-in will occur on Friday, May 5th 4-7pm, in the 4th Street South parking lot at LCSC. Teams will pick up t-shirts and receive more information on play and locations. Payment will be received at check-in.

Five Guaranteed Games
- 3 of these games will be pool play games
- 2 or more games will be conducted in bracket play
Divisions
- Gold (Elite Division)
- For the most competitive and experienced players.
- Silver
- For experienced players who also don't want to be all about the competition.
- Bronze
- For the casual player that just wants to get some games in.
- Copper
- For those that want to know the rules but are still new to the sport.
Pool Play
- 4 teams per pool, 4 pools per division.
- Games are serve to score.
- Each team will play the other 3 teams to receive their ranking for bracket play.
- Rankings will be based on games won in pool play. If there are ties in ranking, then the margin of victory will be used as a tiebreaker.
- Keep your own score.
- Time limit 15 minutes.
- Match score to 11 points.
- Must win by 2 points.
- Winners report the scores on the Tourney Machine app
Bracket Play
- 1 bracket per division.
- Double elimination
- Winners of the loser’s bracket will play for the championship but must beat the winners of the winner’s bracket 2 times.
- Games are serve to score.
- Keep your own score.
- Time limit 15 minutes.
- Match score to 11 points.
- Win by 2 points.
- Winners report the scores on the Tourney Machine app.
