Emergency Planning and Safety Committee
The role of the Emergency Planning and Safety Committee (EPSC) is threefold:
- To coordinate overall campus emergency preparation, response, and recover in the event of an emergency situation;
- Promote campus community health and safety, mitigate occupational and environmental hazards; and
- Establish a communication forum through which safety issues can be discussed and addressed.
Committee membership consists of faculty, staff and students representing a range of institutional activities and functional areas. Functional area representation includes:
- Compliance
- Security
- Physical Plant
- Risk Management
- Residence Life
- Information Technology
- Communications and Marketing
- Coeur d'Alene
