About Angela
Hello! My name is Angela Wilson, and I'm a Senior Instructional Designer in eLearning Services. I work primarily with faculty who teach in Canvas, and I develop asynchronous training courses in Canvas for the variety of technologies used for online instruction at LC State. I also run workshops for faculty on Canvas and educational technologies, and serve as the eLearning representative on a number of campus committees. I've been with eLearning Services since 2009.
I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from LC and a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from the University of Idaho. I completed my master's in Educational Technology online through Boise State University in 2013.
I'm also adjunct faculty at LC. I teach SD 133: Introduction to Online Coursework, a course that teaches students how to use Canvas and be successful as an online student.
In my free time, I like to read, build puzzles, play Dungeons&Dragons, make things with my Cricut, go camping, and spend time with my kids.
