Please follow each step!

LC Work Scholars Office:

  1. LC Work Scholar Forms: Onboarding Packet (this is a fillable PDF)
  2. Submit completed forms to lcworkscholars@lcsc.edu

Human Resources Forms: (so you can get paid)
Navigate to: New Employee Onboarding Process

  • Select the “Student or Irregular Help Employee” drop down option.
    • On this page you will only need to complete the following:
  1. Step 1: new hire paperwork link 
  2. Step 3: FERPA Tutorial & Email account creation form
  3. (On-campus Work Scholars only) Complete the Introduction to IT Systems
  4. Compliance Trainings – sent directly to your email address
  5. Review the Student Employee Handbook

Remember to provide your identification forms to HR after you have completed the online forms.
