The KinderCollege does have a waiting list when the classrooms reach their full enrollment. Please call 208-792-2254 to inquire about openings or to be added to the waiting list. We will need your name and phone number as well as the age of your child to put you on the correct waiting list. We do prioritize student parents on our waiting list. Our waiting list is updated when we do our enrollment every semester. We encourage people on the waiting list to call in December and July to check in on their status on the wait list for the upcoming semester.

Please call 208-792-2254 to inquire about openings or to be added to the waiting list. We will need your name and phone number as well as the age of your child to put you on the correct waiting list.

This is not a requirement but it is strongly recommended. It is helpful to call ahead to make sure you visit at a time that allows you to see what happens in our classrooms as opposed to nap time, and ensures that staff will be available to answer questions and show you through the building.

We do not offer drop in care.

Before we can provide child care for your child at the Kindercollege, you will need to complete the registration form with the $35 registration fee, the completed contract, a copy of your child's immunizations, the medical emergency form, the completed Child and Adult Care Program eligibility form and the student information form.

We are open from 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday.

Closures due to holidays follow LC State's holiday calendar and are posted prior to each closure.

The KinderCollege offers a daily rate for LC State students who are enrolled full-time (12 credits or more). The daily rate is available for students who plan on using the KinderCollege for 3 days a week or less however, those 3 days a week must be the same days for the entire semester.

For example, many students can set up their classes so that they only need to be on campus on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so they will need child care on these three days for the entire semester. There is a monthly rate for students who will need care four or five days a week and a separate monthly rate for non-students, faculty and community members
