LEWISTON, Idaho — The Lewis-Clark State College Native American Alumni Chapter will hold its 15th Annual Alumni Association Native American Chapter Golf Scramble on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Red Wolf Golf Club in Clarkston, Washington.
The entry fee is $100 per person, which includes tournament entry, lunch, green fee, cart rental, and player bag. Team check-in begins at 7:30 a.m., with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The annual event serves as a fundraiser and proceeds go towards supporting scholarships for Native American students attending LC State.
The golf scramble offers various sponsorship opportunities including Platinum Sponsorship ($600), Hole Sponsorship ($250), and add-ons such at the President Pemberton Tee Shot and team mulligans. Each of these sponsorship levels come with unique sponsorship packages for attendees. All proceeds raised at President Pemberton’s Tee Shot (Hole 14) will be matched by the president herself, and a current LC State golfer will drive your ball. Major sponsors for this event include the Nez Perce Tribal Enterprise and Tim Gresback Attorney at Law. HUB International has sponsored a $10,000 hole in one prize. Prizes for first-sixth place finishers, and special hole prizes will also be awarded.
