This certificate provides relevant, industry-driven instruction with professional technical, hands-on training combined with theory provided by the industry’s leading authors. This program is laboratory-based/theory coursework providing students with the knowledge needed to enter the workforce or enhance their existing position. Students will develop the ability to supervise and train employees in all aspects of food and beverage operation. Participation in an internship is required.
