We provide toilet paper, paper towels, wifi and full use of kitchen and use of washer and dryer including soap, dryer sheets and paper towels. All utilities included in rent. Absolutely no smoking and no overnight guests. Male visitors inside the room will not be allowed. Our home has a 4 year old toddler and my wife is a stay at home mom. That is the reason for no male or overnight guests. Rent is $600 per month with a $300 security deposit all due prior to moving in. Our home has security cameras, a fenced yard with a fire pit and patio with chairs for your use. Plenty of off street parking in a very secure neighborhood.
