This page is for current residents who would like to reserve a space that is in a new dorm or new room from their current assignment.

Follow The Steps Below

  1. Submit the application for next academic year.  Applications are required before you can reserve a space. Complete the application in February/March.
  2. Pay the re-application deposit. $50 re-application paid online or in Student Account Office.  No cash or checks accepted in the Residence Life office.
  3. Come to the Residence Life office starting Thursday of room reservations in March to reserve a new space.
  4. Confirmation letters sent in late May.

What Won't We Do

  • We will not hold a space for you without the full reservation process being completed.
  • You cannot reserve without completing steps 1 and 2 above.
  • You cannot reserve a freshman reserved/athlete reserved space.
  • You cannot reserve without physically coming to the Residence Life office and selection a space.
