Apply To Live In One Of Our Off-Campus Rentals
This page is for current residents who would like to live in one of our off-campus rentals. LC State owns a few properties, located within 1 block of campus, and current residents can apply to live in them during room reservations.
Steps For Competing the Application
- Submit the application in late February or early March. Applications are due by 4:00 pm on the Tuesday of reservation week. Applications received after the deadline will not be entered.
- Watch your email during room reservations in March for more information.
- Applicants will be sent contact information for the rentals that meet your application request.
- Meet with the current tenants to see the space and interact with the other tenants.
- During the following weeks, confirmations will be sent.
