Construction laborers perform general tasks on project sites. This 16-week, online program is designed to provide individuals’ a comprehensive perspective of the skills and knowledge needed for a rewarding career in construction. You will learn jobsite safety, construction math and drawings, basic rigging, communication and employability skills. You will also learn about building materials, fasteners and adhesives, as well as common construction equipment.

Certification is required in most states to work as traffic control personnel on roadways. This 4-hour class will teach you how to be a safe and effective flagger within work zones. Upon successful completion of this training and exam, you will receive a registered Flagger Certification valid for 3 years. This certification is recognized in multiple states. Students should check with their local jurisdiction as to the acceptability of our flagger certification. Must be 18 to Enroll.

Our professional trainer will provide you with the entire forklift certification training to be an OSHA compliant forklift operator. This is a hands-on class that includes practice on our forklift equipment. By the end of the session students should have working knowledge of forklift safety and operation. The Forklift Certification is valid for 3 years and meets OSHA regulations and Laws.

This course is designed to help students navigate the International Fuel Gas Code. This code has been adopted by the Idaho Division of Building Safety. It forms the basis for how permits, installations, inspections and corrective actions will be handled in Idaho. In addition, to test for the Idaho HVAC Journeyman License, you will need to be able to consult the International Fuel Gas Code book.

This course is designed to help students safely handle refrigerants that are flammable or mildly flammable. This course will culminate with an opportunity to take and pass a certification exam through ESCO Group.

The Low GWP Refrigerant Safety - A2L Refrigerants examination validates that a person possesses the knowledge to safely work with low GWP refrigerants and helps reduce liability. This course will culminate with an opportunity to take and pass a certification exam through ESCO Group.

Students who wish to take the exam can do so immediately after the class with a proctor fee of $35.

Course Description: Section 608 of the Clean Air Act requires those that handle refrigerants to be certified to do so. This course is a review of material related to Section 608. Students in this course should be familiar with the refrigerant cycle and common HVACR practices. This course should be used in conjunction with the ESCO EPA Section 608 Preparatory Manual which is provided.
