LC State uses the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) to help students identify how courses will transfer to the college. The colleges/universities and courses listed in TES are not exhaustive. Information is populated in the TES system as students transfer courses to LC State. If your institution and/or transfer course is not listed in the menu, transcript evaluators will work with the division chairs to determine if a transfer equivalency can be made. If you have questions about the process, please contact the Registrar & Records Office at 208-792-2223.

General education courses with a 'P' grade will be accepted and treated as a passed course.

Program-specific courses with a 'P' grade will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

When you finish your application, feel free to check your application status and visit our I've Already Applied page for your next steps.

Once all admission documents are received, you will be notified of your acceptance in one to two weeks. After receiving your acceptance letter, you should check out the admitted student process.

A Transfer Equivalency Report (TRER) is the official evaluation of your transfer credits and how they equate to LC State courses. Learn more about TRER.

Please feel free to contact our Admissions Office at 208-792-2378 or admissions@.lcsc.edu
