Pathways

PACE

Pathways for Accelerated Certification and Endorsement (PACE) program and Online Elementary Education program are uniquely positioned to support your district in cultivating local talent, and helping paraprofessionals, support staff, and community members transition into fully certified teachers.

Online

Individuals can work toward elementary certification through a blend of asynchronous, hybrid, and synchronous options. Courses can be completed in conjunction with the PACE program or independently and can be paced to meet most schedules.

Mastery Based

This program is designed to prepare individuals with a bachelor's degree to become fully certified teachers. The program is completed online with support from mentors and instructors while working full-time in the classroom. Those who qualify can completed the certification requirements in as little as one semester.

ERAP

The Educator Registered Apprenticeship Program (ERAP) is an employer-driven model that combines on-the-job learning with related instruction that increases an apprenctice's skill level and wages. LC State would love to partner with you and create an individualized program for aspiring teachers that leads toward certification.
