Graduates of the Associate of Science in Radiographic Science degree program are eligible to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) national certification exam. To be certified as an ARRT Radiography Technologist, graduates must successfully pass the ARRT® Radiography exam. Some individual states require a state license to be eligible to work as a radiologic technologist in that state. A state license is separate from ARRT®certification and registration. The state of Idaho does not require state licensing for Radiologic Technologists to practice. If you wish to obtain a state specific license, you must meet the individual state’s requirements and apply directly to that state.
